Afghan Humanitarian Support

Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of San Antonio, Inc. remains committed to serving all people in need.

Due to recent events in Afghanistan, thousands of people who have either worked alongside the United States military over the past twenty years, or who have been active in pursuing the rights and freedoms of Afghan women and children, have been forced to flee their homes. The United States Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugee, and Migration and the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops have called upon Catholic Charities to assist those who have been displaced.

We are currently providing support to hundreds of Afghan individuals and families arriving in San Antonio. There are many ways YOU can get involved as we welcome and care for them during their most vulnerable moment.

Monetary donations are always welcome to support our friends from Afghanistan. Every dollar makes a difference.
